OUR SERVICES
Our Standard analysis service is one of our most popular services available. The Standard Sample consists of the 3 industry standard tests: RDE, FT-IR spectroscopy, and Viscosity. With this service, you will get an accurate view of wear metals and contaminates in your oil, and its degradation status. Helping you to understand service intervals and engine condition to prevent a major failure and protect your asset.
Premium Oil Analysis
Our Premium analysis service goes into greater detail with small particle count and sizing to really helping you understand your failure trends and take action. The Premium Sample consists of the 3 industry standard tests included with the Standard Sample plus laser net fines, photomicroscopy, and Karl- Fischer tests as requested. With this service, you will get an accurate view of wear metals and contaminates in your oil, and its current degradation. This way you can deep dive into the cause and level of contamination. This test is mostly required by customers with very expensive machinery that is critical to infrastructure such as power generation equipment.
